Apart La Stella
The apartment prices are per apartment per night and are based on standard occupancy excl. resort tax and final clean.
Our building is non-smoking – we request that our guests respect this!
Final clean:
One-off payment of € 35,-- or € 60,-- per apartment
Resort tax:
Winter/summer € 3,-- per person per night
(children under 15 stay for free)
Short stays:
We can provide you with a personal offer if you wish to stay for 4 nights or less or with a different number of guests.

Parking lots are included and available directly at the house.
Pets:
No pets are permitted in our apartments.
Arrival and departure:
Your apartment will be ready for you from 15:00 on the arrival date. Please vacate apartments by 9:30 on the departure date. If you wish to arrive later than 19:00, please let us know.
Payment:
Invoices are to be paid in cash by the day before your departure at the latest.
Children:
We can provide a cot and high chair free-of-charge, on request.
Deposit:
Bookings are only guaranteed following payment of the deposit and receipt of the booking conformation.
Travel insurance:
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
